• Familiarity with reviewing real estate site plans and floor plans. Background in real estate Marketing is highly regarded but not required.

About the Role

As part of the Project Marketing Team, your role entails the creation of property flyers (‘Individual Lot
Flyers’) using Canva templates. You will extract Australian real estate property images, features, and
pricing from PDF brochures, ensuring quality in the final output.


Key Responsibilities:

• Extraction of images from Real Estate brochures using Adobe Photoshop.
• Production of Individual Lot Flyers (ILFs) for all stock in the company’s sales pipeline.
• Ensure projects are completed with high quality and on schedule.
• Operate with the company’s design guidelines, delivering consistent branding and styles across both internal and external documents.
• Apply quality assurance procedures to your workflow.
• Regular reporting of project status and KPI to the Project Operations Team Leader

Key Skills & Qualities:

• Knowledge of layouts and graphic fundamentals.
• Minimum 1 year of work experience inCanva, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Excellent attention and eye for detail.

Key Result Areas

• Support the successful launch of company projects by uploading project and property images in the image library.
• Support the successful launch of company projects by ensuring that ILFs are published within the required timeframes.
• Apply QA procedures to maintain output quality within company KPIs.

Computer System Requirements

• RAM: 8GB minimum; 16GB preferred

• Display: Full HD (1920×1080 pixels) or higher resolution

• Storage: 512GB SSD minimum; 1TB SSD or higher preferred
