Job summary

Global Private Equity Firm seeks a Manager to own accounting and reporting for a portfolio of direct real estate investments across life sciences/lab, senior housing, self-storage, industrial and more. You will be the primary accounting contact for investment professionals, oversee reporting, valuations, budgeting, capital activity, and investor distributions.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate or private equity accounting/audit preferred.
• Comfort engaging with investment professionals and external partners.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly/quarterly close and reporting for direct real estate investments and related funds.
• Review property packages, capital activity, budgets vs. actuals, and quarterly fair-value reporting.
• Partner with investment teams and JV partners on financial performance and transactions.
• Prepare valuation materials, coordinate investor capital calls/distributions, and support fund audits.
• Drive process improvements across the real estate finance platform.
