• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an active caseload while meeting client, court, and internal deadlines.
• Develop case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
• Draft, review, and analyze legal documents, including complaints, motions, pleadings, briefs, and other court filings.
• Conduct legal research related to foreclosure, real estate, title, and litigation matters.
• Review real estate and title issues and assist with substantive litigation matters.
• Ensure accurate updates in client and case management systems and perform quality control reviews of legal work product.
• Depending on experience, participate in hearings, mediations, depositions, motion practice, and state/federal trial proceedings.
