Job summary

Hidden Jobs is offering a summer internship inside the corporate services function of a large real estate investment portfolio. You will help develop and optimize financial and investment models using technology and automation, with exposure to Excel-based workflows and basic coding in C#.

The program runs June through August 2027. It targets students pursuing undergraduate or master's studies, with opportunities to translate spreadsheet models into scalable code and collaborate across finance,

Qualifications

Current junior undergraduate student graduating in 2028, or current master's student graduating in 2028.
Minimum GPA of 3.2.
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing and assessing complex financial models to identify opportunities for efficiency and accuracy improvements.
Support analysis of investment data to surface insights and clarify key financial drivers.
Use modern technology tools to streamline Excel workflows and reduce manual or repetitive processes.
Write and maintain code that ingests and exports data between Excel files and databases.
Help translate components of Excel-based models into C# code for use in web-based applications.
Support testing, documentation, and improvement of existing models and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and technical requirements.
Gain exposure to real estate equity and debt investment concepts and how they appear in financial models.
