Qualifications

15+ years of commercial real estate and finance experience.
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
Experience negotiating commercial real estate debt (construction, permanent, mezzanine) with institutional banks.
Experience leading private placement equity offerings (PPMs) and institutional capital relationships.
Advanced financial modeling skills; Excel proficiency; Argus experience preferred.
Working knowledge of GAAP and fair value accounting as applied to real estate assets.

Responsibilities

Lead debt strategy and manage banking relationships; deliver due diligence materials for financing requests.
Lead equity and capital-raising strategy to support acquisitions and development.
Develop and manage financial planning, models, and pro formas for acquisitions, developments, and existing projects.
Deliver FMV balance sheet annually and quarterly loan summaries; explore long-term value strategies for the portfolio.
Coordinate due diligence for loan closings; oversee debt and equity structuring on new transactions.
Manage company-wide cash to ensure optimal deployment and fulfillment of financial obligations.
Manage and develop the Financial Analyst; provide cross-functional support.
