Corporex is seeking a Director of Development to maximize value on strategic land assets across markets in the Midwest and NKY. The role emphasizes creative monetization strategies, including built-to-suit, joint ventures, or outright sales, with oversight of development timelines and stakeholder coordination.

• 5–10 years of experience in commercial real estate and development.
• Ideal candidates will have experience with both sales and development.
• Must be a self-starter, competitive and creative as it relates to the role and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute on the most effective way to maximize value on assigned assets.
• Explore monetization options: built-to-suit, outright sale, joint venture, or other strategies.
• Manage dates and processes within development agreements, leases, purchase agreements, permitting and construction.
• Coordinate with design, geotechnical, environmental and other consultants as required.
• Provide monthly reports to supervision with activities, accomplishments and action plans.
• Prepare annual budgets and business plans for each project.
• Oversee company benefits and travel reimbursements for project teams.
