Software Placement Group seeks a mid-level Associate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group, based in Century City, Dallas, or Los Angeles, with a hybrid full-time schedule. You will advise on sophisticated real estate transactions across multiple markets, including financing matters, and collaborate across offices to deliver top-tier legal services.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2-8 years of substantive experience in real estate law.
• Demonstrated experience in real estate financing, lender representation, and drafting loan documents.
• Proficiency in handling title and survey diligence.
• Strong analytical ability, excellent drafting and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Represent lenders and other clients in complex commercial real estate transactions
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan agreements and related transaction documents
• Conduct title and survey review, analysis, and resolution of related issues
• Provide strategic guidance to clients on real estate financing structures and risk mitigation
• Collaborate with team members across offices to support a diverse and dynamic real estate practice
