BCG Attorney Search in Atlanta, GA seeks a Real Estate Finance Counsel to join its Debt, Servicing, and Restructuring group. The role focuses on senior, mezzanine, and equity financing, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, development, foreclosures, and workouts.

Represent lenders and developers across the United States, handling complex financing matters with strong writing, analytical, and communication skills. Admitted to practice in relevant jurisdictions and in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of significant commercial real estate finance experience.
• Experience representing bank and/or non-bank lenders.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Admitted and in good standing in at least one of the following jurisdictions: GA, NC, SC, TN, FL, TX.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Admitted to practice law in relevant jurisdictions.
