Job summary

Best American Hospitality | Atlanta seeks an Accounting Controller and Property Manager to oversee the financial operations of its real estate portfolio.

You will use Yardi and Microsoft tools to manage accounting functions, ensure compliance, and prepare reports for senior management.

The role requires strong organizational and leadership abilities, experience in real estate finance, and collaboration with operations teams to improve performance. This is an on-site, growth-oriented position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate accounting/finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial and accounting operations for real estate portfolio.
• Update and prepare daily reconciliations for cash, AR and AP.
• Prepare financial reports, balance sheets and P&L statements for senior management.
• Ensure compliance with internal guidelines and standards.
• Collaborate with property operations and other departments to streamline processes.
• Implement strategies to improve financial performance and minimize risks.
