• Conduct and oversee due diligence (leases, zoning, reports, org docs).
• Structure transactions to meet CMBS securitization requirements.
• Advise clients on securitization eligibility and marketability.
• Coordinate closings and manage transaction timelines with clients and counsel.
• Support post-closing matters and loan reviews for securitization.
