Armstrong Teasdale LLP is seeking an experienced Associate to join its Corporate Services Group in our St. Louis office. The ideal candidate should possess experience in Real Estate and/or Real Estate Finance areas.

• Simultaneously handles the high-level and strategic aspects of multiple legal matters at different stages of progression, from inception to conclusion
• Possess strong attention to detail and good interpersonal skills for communicating with attorneys and clients
• Demonstrates an ability to work independently and productively and show a strong interest in advancing a career in CSG
• Produces quality legal work and bills the required amounts of hours to ensure excellent client services
• Manages business and generates business through group and individual efforts
• Complies with the very highest ethical standards of the legal profession
• Decision Making – actively makes decisions on client matters with little supervision
• Communication - strong, professional communication, both written and orally to both internal and external clients

• Required Education: Juris Doctor
• Required Licenses and/or Certifications: Licensed to practice law in good standing in one or more jurisdictions where the Firm conducts business; must maintain applicable license renewal and CLE requirements
• Preferred Experience: 5+ years’ experience as a licensed attorney at a law firm
• Supervisory Responsibilities: Indirect - actively utilizes support staff or junior associates to ensure client satisfaction
• Physical Activity: The employee will be required to sit (or utilize a standing desk) for prolonged periods and work on a computer
• Travel Required: Less than 10%
