A premier Real Estate Practice Group is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its team in New York. The ideal candidate will work on complex, high-stakes real estate transactions, managing deal components both independently and as part of collaborative legal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Financings: Structure, draft, and negotiate lender- and borrower-side mortgage and mezzanine financings.

Acquisitions & Dispositions: Manage components of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and related due diligence.

Joint Ventures: Structure and negotiate joint venture (JV) deals and equity investments.

Candidate Qualifications
