Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex real estate lending and finance transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate loan documents and other financing agreements.
• Represent lenders and other clients in sophisticated real estate financing matters.
• Work on balance sheet bank lending transactions, where applicable.
• Manage transaction processes from initial structuring through closing.
• Collaborate with attorneys across the firm's Real Estate Finance and related practice groups.
• Assume significant responsibility for matters and direct client interaction.
