Job summary

MIMCO is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to support acquisition, disposition, and development activities through financial modeling, debt management, market analysis, and budgeting, in a temperature-controlled environment.

This role will provide accurate financial projections, support commercial loan activities, and enhance investment decision-making through research and data-driven analysis, and collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, real estate, economics, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in real estate financial analysis or underwriting.
• Strong Excel modeling and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain acquisition, disposition, and development pro formas.
• Assist in debt management and refinancing strategies.
• Conduct real estate market research and analysis.
• Support investment decisions with data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with SVP of Finance and accounting on special projects.
