Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc. (HATCI) is seeking a Facility Technician to support daily campus operations, investigate and resolve building issues, and partner with facility management, vendors, and staff to maintain a safe, efficient environment.

The role involves assisting with budgets, coordinating events, managing landscaping and safety programs, and ensuring smooth facility functioning. A valid driver's license and the ability to lift 60 lbs are required; forklift training will be

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve facility-related issues.
• Support day-to-day facility operations.
• Execute projects and assist with budget tracking.
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams.
• Assist with event setup/tear-down and furniture relocation.
• Supporting safety and security activities.
• Manage landscaping, snow removal, janitorial and recycling services.
• Monitor EV charging stations.
• Maintain parking signage and traffic coordination.
• Support fitness equipment maintenance.
• Manage document destruction processes.
• Support uniform program.
• Process invoices and administrative tasks.
• Perform additional tasks assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Investigate and resolve facility-related issues
• Support day-to-day facility operations
• Execute projects and assist with budget tracking
• Coordinate vendors and internal teams
• Assist with event setup/tear-down and furniture relocation
• Supporting safety and security activities
