Job summary

Safe Hands Title, LLC is seeking an Escrow Officer in Kentucky to manage the escrow process for real estate transactions, ensuring regulatory compliance and accurate recordkeeping.

You will collaborate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders to coordinate funds, documents and closings, delivering exceptional service while maintaining strict attention to detail and timeliness.

Experience with escrow software and MS Office is preferred, and notary credentials are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field a plus.
• Experience in escrow, title, or real estate environment.
• Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations and escrow best practices.
• Proficiency with escrow software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the escrow process from opening to closing.
• Coordinate with buyers, sellers, real estate agents, and lenders.
• Prepare escrow instructions, title documents, closing statements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Disburse funds accurately and securely.
