Responsibilities:
  1. Assess current market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to determine optimal pricing and sales strategies.
  2. Oversee property repairs, staging, and necessary improvements to enhance marketability.
  3. Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to attract potential buyers, including listing properties on various platforms, creating marketing materials, and conducting property showings.
  4. Identify and contact potential buyers through networking, outreach campaigns, and building relationships with brokers.
  5. Manage prospects and maintain communication via daily CRM utilization to refresh and remain focused until transactions are finalized.
Qualifications:
  1. Excellent communication skills including written, verbal, and on phone.
  2. Enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented personality.
  3. 1+ years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate acquisitions, dispositions, land acquisition, or other real estate sales experience is preferred.
  4. Able to build long-term relationships.
  5. Results and goals oriented.
Compensation:

$140,000 per year
