We are eagerly seeking a talented full-time real estate disposition manager to join our real estate team. You will oversee the sale of properties acquired by the company, build strong relationships with buyers, and manage the transaction process from start to finish. Responsibilities:
  1. Manage leads and buyers through consistent CRM use, staying on task and following up daily until deals are closed.
  2. Market and list properties to qualified buyers through various channels, including email campaigns, networking, and online platforms.
  3. Negotiate contracts with buyers to achieve the best possible terms for the company.
  4. Coordinate property showings and inspections to facilitate the transaction process.
  5. Prepare and organize all necessary documents, contracts, and agreements to ensure a smooth closing process.
  6. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate investors, agents, and other potential buyers.
  7. Respond quickly to all buyer inquiries and requests for information.
Qualifications:
  1. +1 years of experience in real estate sales, property disposition, or a related role is highly desired.
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related field of study preferred.
  3. Requires a strong passion for real estate asset sales and a goal-oriented, proactive personality.
  4. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as superior negotiation and networking abilities.
