Aritzia is seeking a Regional Facilities Manager to oversee day-to-day facilities management and maintenance across our spaces in the designated region. You will lead initiatives to uphold the aspirational look and feel of our world-class spaces, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost efficiency.

As Sr Manager/Manager, Facilities, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners and apply Aritzia’s leadership principles, driving programs that protect and elevate our brand environment.

THE TEAM

The mission of the Facilities Department is to maintain and repair all Aritzia spaces to enable an everyday luxury environment.

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000 - $300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
