Position: Real Estate Development Project Manager

Salary:$120k-$160K + Bonus

Location: Dallas, TX

Position Overview

The Real Estate Development Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of real estate development projects, focusing on affordable housing, student housing, and market-rate developments. This role requires a blend of strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the real estate development process, including land acquisition, feasibility analysis, and project financing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to identify viable development opportunities.
• Oversee the land acquisition process, including negotiations and contract management.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and financing strategies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including Section 42 Housing and TDHCA guidelines.
• Prepare and present project proposals to stakeholders and financing institutions.
• Lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with all project participants.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development project management.
• Strong knowledge of affordable housing, market-rate housing, and student housing development.
• Experience with land acquisition and feasibility analysis.
• Familiarity with project financing, including construction financing and Section 42 Housing processes.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
