As a Real Estate Development Intern, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting the planning and execution of commercial real estate development projects, with a focus on senior housing and outpatient medical facilities. You'll conduct market and site analysis, research demographic and development trends, and assist with site acquisition efforts. Working alongside development professionals, you'll help build financial and demand models to evaluate project feasibility, support zoning and entitlement research, coordinate with consultants and project partners, and create client‑facing presentations. This internship offers valuable exposure to the full development lifecycle while helping you build strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $21 to $25 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job‑related factors permitted by law.
