Job summary

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP is seeking a full-time, partnership-track associate for its Real Estate practice. The role involves handling real estate transactions, including debt and equity financing, acquisitions, dispositions, and large-scale development, with data centers and infrastructure projects expected.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience and strong analytical and writing skills. Admission in the relevant jurisdiction or within one year of joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in real estate transactions, including debt or equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, large-scale development, data center, digital infrastructure, energy or other infrastructure-related projects, or joint venture structures.
• Experience representing developers, owners, investors, lenders, or operators in connection with data centers, telecommunications facilities, fiber networks, utility-scale infrastructure projects, or other complex commercial real estate assets is encouraged.
• Candidates licensed in the jurisdiction to which they are applying are preferred and required within one year of joining the firm.

Responsibilities

• Join a partnership-track real estate practice focusing on complex commercial real estate assets and transactions.
• Handle real estate deals including debt/equity transactions, acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
• Collaborate with a team to provide legal services to developers, owners, investors, lenders, and operators.
