Job summary

Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP seeks a full-time, partnership-track associate for its Real Estate practice. The role requires a minimum of two years in real estate transactions across debt/equity, acquisitions, dispositions, and large-scale development or infrastructure deals.

Location can be Charlotte or other major offices; relocation support is available. The ideal candidate will be academically strong with exceptional analytical, organizational, and writing abilities and be a team player.

Qualifications

• Requires at least two years of experience in real estate transactions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
• Team-oriented, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Licensed in the applicable jurisdiction within one year of joining.

Responsibilities

• Assist on debt/equity transactions, acquisitions and dispositions.
• Support large-scale development, data center, and infrastructure projects.
• Draft, review and negotiate transaction documents; coordinate due diligence.
• Collaborate with developers, investors, lenders and operators on structuring ventures.
