• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• Strong Excel-based financial modeling skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Underwrite real estate acquisitions and development projects with financial modeling and risk assessment.
• Prepare investment memoranda and scenario analyses for internal review.
• Analyze costs, revenues, capital stack, and returns (IRR, equity multiple, cash-on-cash).
• Collaborate with acquisitions, development, construction, finance, and legal teams.
• Research market fundamentals, zoning, and entitlements.
• Monitor performance against pro forma and provide updates.
• Maintain underwriting templates, models, and investment tools.
• Coordinate pay apps, draw requests, and maintain job cost reports.
