Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in real estate development, construction, or related industries.
Experience with Yardi Voyager or a comparable real estate accounting system.

Responsibilities

Manage the full accounting cycle for multiple real estate development and construction projects.
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
Maintain general ledger accounts and perform monthly account reconciliations.
Process and manage construction draws, including reviewing contractor pay applications and preparing lender draw packages.
Track construction budgets and funding sources, monitor retainage and lien waivers.
