You will handle complex assignments, mentor junior associates, draft high quality briefs, and represent clients in administrative and court proceedings, providing authoritative legal advice.

The role requires a Juris Doctor, 4+ years of relevant experience, strong analytical and organizational skills, and knowledge of the Fair Debt

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor Degree (J.D.) required.
• 4+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Knowledge of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and consumer protection laws.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in legal and administrative proceedings.
• Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations.
• Prepare and draft legal documents and briefs.
