About the Role

To source and originate bridge loan opportunities within your assigned territory, focusing on multifamily, mixed-use, condo, and SFR properties. Your goal is to build relationships with brokers and real estate professionals, positioning Atlas Invest as their go-to lender for current and future deals. This is a performance-driven, commission-only role, with significant earning potential tied directly to the deals you bring in. If you have strong industry relationships and the hustle to match, this is your opportunity to tap into a growing platform and get rewarded for every dollar you help fund.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively source new bridge loan opportunities through your personal network, LinkedIn, broker databases, and industry events
  • Conduct outbound outreach via calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, and texts to engage potential borrowers and brokers
  • Educate prospects on Atlas Invest’s lending criteria and value proposition
  • Qualify leads based on relevance and deal fit
  • Convert interested brokers into active deal sources
  • Maintain and grow long-term relationships with brokers through periodic follow-up
  • Act as the first point of contact between Atlas and the borrower/broker during the early origination process

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in business development or sales
  • 2+ years of experience as a commercial real estate mortgage broker
  • Experience as part of growing company from early sales to market leadership – Advantage
  • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset – Advantage
  • Experience in-house at a Fintech company – Advantage
