Job summary

Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company seeks a Senior Investment Analyst to drive Real Estate Investments (REI) reporting and analytics, support tech upgrades, and contribute to website development and maintenance. You’ll prepare internal/external reports, partner with IT and REI teams, and help translate data into actionable insights.

The role requires 3–7 years in investment, data, or analytics, knowledge of CRE concepts, and strong Excel/SQL/Tableau/Power BI skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in data management and/or real estate, finance, business, or related field.
3 to 7 years of investment experience.
Experience with report writing and database query knowledge for data retrieval, reporting and analysis.
Strong verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational skills.
Attention to detail, creativity and problem-solving for varied requests.
Knowledge of general commercial real estate concepts is desired.

Responsibilities

Has an experienced understanding of data management and end-users at the asset class level; works independently.
Support implementation and maintenance of business technology solutions (analysis, testing, training).
Provide technical support for business systems issues.
Assist with proposals, risk assessments and cost/benefit analyses.
Evaluate and streamline existing reports; coordinate presentation decks.
Mentor junior associates as needed.
Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
