Job summary

Insight Global seeks an Associate Counsel to support real estate, financing, and data center development. Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in at least one U.S. state bar are required.
• 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate, financing, and/or data center‑related transactions is required.
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex transactional documents; ability to identify legal risk and collaborate with business teams.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate documents including purchase agreements, leases, development agreements.
• Support financing transactions, including loan documents, credit facilities, and security instruments.
• Assist with data center development matters such as power procurement and utility agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence for acquisitions, leasing, and development projects (title, survey, etc.).
• Review customer lease terms; identify risks, propose solutions, and support negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transactional issues and advance project timelines.
• Maintain organized contract files, closing binders, and related legal documentation.
• Prepare periodic reports, summaries, and analyses for internal stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve contract templates, processes, and legal workflows.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, external partners, and customers.
