Job summary

Compass International Holdings (formerly Anywhere Real Estate) seeks a Real Estate Coordinator to guide buyers and sellers through enrollment to closing, supporting customers across real estate reward programs. The role is remote but hours align with Central or Pacific Time Zone.

You will manage a large caseload, educate clients on benefits, and coordinate with agents to deliver exceptional service while meeting performance metrics and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years business experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; some college preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish speakers preferred.
• Real estate knowledge preferred (home purchase, sale, or mortgage).
• Customer service experience preferred (retail, financial services, or call center).
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Digital literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
• Strong attention to detail and planning/organization.
• Ability to relate to customers professionally and maintain attendance.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 375-600 files.

• Convert leads into sales by maintaining close contact through the home lifecycle.

We are seeking qualified candidates for our Real Estatet Coordinator role, a customer service position providing guidance and support to participants of our key real estate reward programs. In this role you will aid home buyers and sellers throughout their move journey, from the initial program enrollment all the way through closing.

While this position is remote, this candidate will be required to work in Central or Pacific Time Zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a caseload of 375-600 files
