Job summary

Vaco by Highspring is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Controller responsible for GL, AP/AR, CAM, month-end close, and ERP Real Estate software. You will manage property portfolios, prepare journal entries, and support upper management with ad hoc reporting.

You will also review and consolidate property financial statements, perform bank reconciliations, and ensure accurate revenue and expense schedules for rent-producing properties. Collaboration with finance and property teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial real estate finance and accounting.
• Proficiency with GL, AP/AR, CAM, and month-end close.
• Strong ability to prepare financial statements and reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly property NOI reports and analysis.
• Maintain balance sheet and income statement accounts for assigned properties.
• Prepare month-end journal entries and present financial statements to management.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, internal controls, and CAM processes.
