Spectrum's Real Estate Project Manager oversees a diverse portfolio of construction and renovation initiatives, guiding teams and stakeholders through every stage. By ensuring high standards and successful delivery, you will directly influence the functionality and future of our facilities.

Office-based with occasional travel in the Charlotte, NC area. Availability during all construction hours, including nights and weekends as necessary, to support on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Project Management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial planning to implementation, managing operational details and securing stakeholder alignment.
• Deliver projects on schedule, within budget and in line with Spectrum's quality standards.
• Communicate updates to internal customers, collect feedback and report on project progress.
• Oversee data collection, cost tracking, performance metrics and service levels to meet project objectives.
• Provide subject matter expertise for structural, electrical and mechanical issues, supporting other real estate functions.
• Develop strategic approaches to contracted workforces, manage budgets and capital development, and translate planning requests into engineering objectives.
• Write funding documents, manage accounting codes, supervise vendors and consultants, enforce contract terms and oversee zoning and permitting processes.
• Escalate on warranty issues and drive continuous improvement across all assigned projects.
