You will engage in transactional work, dispute resolution, and project counseling while collaborating with colleagues to deliver integrated construction services to clients.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the relevant state in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions from project inception through completion.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide integrated service on construction matters.
• Draft and negotiate construction agreements, including design, development, and construction contracts.
• Support complex transactions related to real estate development and construction projects.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research for project development and risk management.
• Assist in resolving construction-related disputes through arbitration and litigation.
