Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sophisticated real estate practice experience.
• Construction law experience valued.

• Previous law firm experience required.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to deliver practical, business-oriented solutions throughout the construction process.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide integrated service on complex construction matters.
• Draft and negotiate construction agreements, including design-build and EPC contracts.
• Support transactions related to real estate development and construction projects.
• Conduct due diligence and legal research for project development and risk management.
• Assist in resolving construction-related disputes through arbitration and litigation.
