McMichael & Gray, P.C. in the Myrtle Beach/Conway area, SC, seeks an Associate Real Estate Attorney with 2+ years of experience to join our established team.

You will manage residential and commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing, reviewing title work and closing documents. You will represent lenders, buyers, and sellers while collaborating with the Myrtle Beach office to ensure smooth closings.

Formación

• Licensed to practice law in the State of South Carolina.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential and/or commercial Real Estate Law.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a high-volume environment.
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Must live in or be willing to commute to the Myrtle Beach area.
• Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours when necessary (especially at month-end).

Responsabilidades

• Manage residential real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review title work and closing documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Represent lenders, buyers, and sellers throughout real estate closings.
• Communicate effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and internal team members.
• Collaborate closely with the Myrtle Beach office team to ensure smooth, efficient closings.
