Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation, negotiation, and execution of real estate loan application commitments and term sheets
  • Review and negotiate loan documents in collaboration with legal counsel and stakeholders
  • Oversee timely receipt and review of due diligence materials necessary for closing
  • Coordinate disbursement activities, including fee reconciliation and payment of related expenses
  • Maintain accurate data for transactions within the real estate transaction management platform
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in commercial real estate financing and understanding of loan closing processes
