Job summary

Qualifications

• College junior graduating Summer 2028.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Strong analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a team.
• Professionally interact with internal and external clients.
• Intermediate MS Word and Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with Argus, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign, and Photoshop.

Responsibilities

• Assist with market research by analyzing market information, stats, demographics, and traffic counts.
• Support valuation of listings using Argus and Excel.
• Review and summarize leases by preparing lease abstracts.
• Assist in due diligence for transactions.
• Help create marketing materials, teasers, and offering memorandums with charts/graphics.
• Gather data on rent rolls, demographics, and tenant profiles.
