Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel; experience with Intex and Bloomberg is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Review loan-level data, credit memos, and appraisals for accuracy.
• Analyze commercial real estate performance and credit quality.
• Prepare financial models for securitized transactions.
