Casa Union Realty Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Buyer’s Agent to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting clients with their dream properties by building strong relationships, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the buying process. Compensation :

75,000 - $100,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Draft and manage representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing documents, and leases to ensure smooth transactions for clients.
• Identify and connect with potential homebuyers, offering them insights into properties that align with their goals and budget.
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up with prospective clients, adding them to the sales pipeline and nurturing leads into successful outcomes.
• Host open houses to showcase properties and familiarize clients with the local real estate market.
• Skillfully negotiate property sales between buyers and sellers to achieve the best possible results for your clients.

Qualifications :

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster strong client relationships.
• A valid U.S. driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings and property showings.
• At least 1 year of real estate experience, preferably as a buyer’s agent.
• A proven track record of successful real estate sales.
• Minimum of a high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
