Job description

We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic real estate sales buyer’s agent to bring in qualified leads and help close deals. You’ll be responsible for adding prospective customers to the sales pipeline, assessing homebuyers' wants and needs, and continually following up to ensure a successful sale. Responsibilities:
  1. Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads.
  2. Coordinate efforts to negotiate property sale between buyer and seller to achieve desired results.
  3. Search for prospective homebuyers and present them with information on homes that fit their needs and budget.
  4. Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market.
  5. Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction.
  6. Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
  7. Prepare market analysis to help determine property value.
  8. Educate clients on basic real estate procedures and processes.
  9. Partner with clients and put their needs first to help them achieve their dream real estate transactions.
  10. Develop and nurture relationships with clients to assist them with challenges that arise during the real estate purchase process.
  11. Work with industry partners (lenders, home inspectors, contractors, etc.) to ensure smooth processing of buyer transactions.
  12. Pioneer new ways to find and develop contacts into clients.
Qualifications:
  1. Show a track record of real estate success.
  2. Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry.
  3. Has superb interpersonal and communication skills.
  4. Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred.
  5. Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired.
  6. Minimum of 2 years real estate sales experience, preferably working with buyers.
Compensation:

$60,000 - $150,000+ yearly
