We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled Buyer’s Agent to join our growing real estate team. In this role, you’ll serve as the primary guide for homebuyers, helping them navigate the entire process from initial contact through to a successful close. You’ll work with pre-qualified leads, schedule and host showings, support negotiations, and ensure each client has a smooth, informed experience from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who’s motivated, detail-oriented, and focused on providing excellent service. Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Participate in open houses, arrange showings and show homes to potential buyers • Give potential home buyers necessary information about their local housing market • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close Qualifications: • Familiarity with the area real estate market and current real estate trends • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success • Real estate license required • Commission opportunity Compensation: $85,000 - $140,000 at plan
