Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Real Estate & Builds Intern for a 12‑week summer program in 2027. You will help standardize and future‑proof our real estate strategy and workplace experience, collaborating with Design, Builds, and Workplace Experience teams across processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree or certificate in real estate, business, urban planning, facilities management, project management, or a related discipline
• Exposure to project management fundamentals, including planning, timeline tracking, and milestone reporting, with experience collaborating across multiple teams or stakeholders on shared deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data, benchmarks, and qualitative input into clear, structured recommendations for cross‑functional audiences
• Experience creating documentation such as playbooks, process maps, or presentations through coursework, projects, or prior internships
• Interest in workplace strategy, employee experience, or real estate operations, demonstrated through coursework, projects, volunteer work, or self‑directed learning
• Utilizes generative AI responsibly, maintaining human oversight to deliver business‑ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in workflow efficiency, cost, and quality

This is a 12-week internship during summer 2027.

As a Real Estate & Builds Intern on the Employee & Workplace Experience team, you'll spend 12 weeks contributing to a project focused on standardizing and future-proofing our real estate strategy and workplace experience. You'll work closely with Design, Builds, and Workplace Experience teams - partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and drive consistency across our portfolio. This role offers hands‑on exposure to how projects move from inception to completion, giving you a front-row seat to the collaboration, decision‑making, and execution that shape our workplace.

Pay Transparency Notice:

Depending on your work location, the target hourly rate for this position can range as detailed below.

Hourly Rate:

$40 — $40 USD
