Responsibilities:

1. Continue to run your Brokerage and agents with additional Keller Williams systems, tools, and benefits
2. Leverage Keller Williams to help your agents and brokerage grow
3. Use and leverage Keller Williams training to push your agents to do more sales
4. Perform all brokerage and agent duties as applicable

Qualifications:

1. Must have a valid Real Estate License
2. A Brokers license is required
3. If you are a producing team under a brokerage, we can explore team and the brokerage benefits
4. Brokerage must meet production requirements
5. Commission opportunity
6. Brokerage and agents must be ethical and have good morals
7. Real estate licenses are required for practicing real estate agents per state compliance
8. Must live within driving distance of the office
9. Must have working rights in the USA

Compensation:

$80,000 - $180,000 at plan
