Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required.

• 2–4 years of public accounting experience, ideally with real estate clients.
• Strong technical knowledge of audit procedures and real estate accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement team on planning and execution of audits for real estate clients.
• Oversee day-to-day audit operations including staffing, risk assessment, and reporting.
• Mentor junior staff, review workpapers, and provide feedback.
