The role focuses on sophisticated healthcare real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, leasing, and disposition, with drafting and negotiation of complex contracts.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing in Texas.
• A minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on real estate.
• Extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, refinancing, and disposition.
• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreements and related documents.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong desire to engage in Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated healthcare real estate transactions within the Health Transactions Practice Group.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts, leases, and related documents.
• Collaborate with a national team to manage multi-state matters.

This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a focus on the healthcare industry. This position is open in the Dallas office.
