Job summary

Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman, a national law firm focused on health care organizations, is seeking a Real Estate attorney with 8+ years of experience to join our Health Transactions Practice Group in the Dallas office.

You will handle sophisticated real estate transactions in the healthcare space, draft and negotiate complex contracts, and collaborate with a national team on business development and client service.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active Texas bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 8 years of legal experience with a focus on real estate.
• Extensive experience handling acquisitions, financing, leasing, and dispositions.
• Proven ability to draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in sophisticated healthcare real estate transactions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate real estate contracts and related documents.
• Manage multiple matters for healthcare clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborate with the Health Transactions Practice Group on BD initiatives.

Hall, Render, Killian, Heath & Lyman is a national law firm focused on matters specific to health care organizations.Hall Render is currently seeking a skilled Real Estate attorney with 8+ years of experience to join our Health Transactions Practice Group. This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated real estate transactions with a focus on the healthcare industry. This position is open in the Dallas office.

We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar license in good standing in Texas.
• A minimum of 8 years of legal experience, with a strong focus on real estate.
• Extensive experience handling a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisition, construction, financing, leasing, refinancing, and disposition.
• Proven expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex real estate contracts, leases, purchase and sale agreement and related documents.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple matters and clients efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong work ethic, collaborative approach, client-service mindset, and intellectual curiosity.
• Strong desire to engage in Business Development.
