Base pay range

$75.00/hr - $87.00/hr

Beacon Hill is partnering with a top Am Law 50 firm seeking a real estate attorney to assist with ongoing development-related matters.

  • Location: Remote, but candidates must reside in Washington State and be open to occasional on-site work in Seattle (98104)
  • Start: ASAP
  • Duration: 6+ months (Concurrent employment is not permitted)
  • Hours: Flexibility required, with an expected range of 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday
  • Pay Rate: $75-$87/hour

Key Qualifications:

  • Active bar license and good standing in the jurisdiction of residence (Washington State)
  • 4+ years of real estate law experience, including:
  • Real estate development and construction contracting
  • Drafting and reviewing leases, purchase and sale agreements, and standard real estate terms
  • Experience with pre- and post-closing checklists
  • Comfortable with technology and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Data center experience is a plus, but not required
