An established and highly respected law practice is seeking a Real Estate Attorney to join their transactional team in a contract partner capacity. This is a unique opportunity to step into a role with a small book of business (~$150K) and work closely with a retiring partner over the next 3–4 years, receiving hands-on mentorship and guidance.

Handle transactional real estate matters, including contracts and closings
Build relationships with existing clients and manage the assigned book of business
Collaborate with the retiring partner during the transition period
Support the practice’s strategic goals and client service initiatives
Compensation & Benefits:
Annual compensation ranging from $200,000–$300,000 DOE
