Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join its Real Estate Practice Group in New York. The ideal candidate will handle residential real estate transactions from contract through closing and will manage a high volume of matters while delivering exceptional client service.

Requirements include a J.D. from an accredited law school, admission to the New York Bar, and 6+ years of experience in residential real estate transactions.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including purchases, sales, refinances, and transfers.
• Review and negotiate contracts of sale, riders, and related transaction documents.
• Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey review, and resolution of title issues.
• Coordinate with clients, lenders, brokers, title companies, and opposing counsel throughout the transaction process.
• Prepare and review closing documents, loan documents, deeds, transfer documents, and closing statements.
• Attend and conduct real estate closings.
• Advise clients regarding transactional risks, title matters, financing issues, and closing requirements.
• Manage a high-volume closing practice while ensuring accuracy and responsiveness.
• Maintain and cultivate strong client relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong client service orientation and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cooperative and condominium transactions.
• Familiarity with title insurance issues and underwriting requirements.
• Commercialrealestate transactions and leasing experience a plus.
• Established relationships within the residential real estate community are a plus.

The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $125,000 - $180,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Minimum 3 days a week in office, 2 days a week remotely
