A top Am Law-ranked international firm in New York or Boston seeks a midlevel associate to join its Real Estate Group. You will work on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and engage with a diverse client base on acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and leasing.

The ideal candidate has a J.D., active NY or MA bar admission, meaningful transactional experience, strong academic credentials, and excellent drafting and collaboration skills to handle substantial responsibility

Qualifications
